Myla is concentrating in African American Studies (AAS) and getting a certificate in Linguistics. She is part of the Class of '24 and was drawn to declare AAS after taking several courses pertaining to Black studies at Princeton. Myla is particularly interested in writing about Caribbean History and Black Deaf studies. Outside of her studies, she is also a captain of one of Princeton's Mock Trial teams and is a Guggenheim Fellow in Criminal Justice.
