    • Assign writing tasks to Hosts and review/approve scripts prior to recording sessions
    • Package the final script with annotations that reflect specific logistics and creative cues for recording and production.
  • Lead research and episode Prep
    • Coordinate the sourcing and verification of information that can then be used for the content of a podcast episode
    • Attend recording sessions (either remotely via “Zoom” or in person) and take editing notes for both audio editing and post-production.
  • Coordinate with the AAS Communications Specialist to ensure proper social media reach after an episode is published.
    • Coordinating social media “signal boosting” with special guests
