C.K. Williams Reading Series: Aaron Robertson

PictureFiction translator and Princeton alum Aaron Robertson ’17 reads from his work along with creative writing seniors Liza Milov, Abbie Minard, Richard Peng, Rasheeda Saka, and Destiny Salter '20. Book sales and signing will follow the readings.

The C.K. Williams Reading Series, named in honor of the late Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award-winning poet C.K. Williams, who served on Princeton’s Creative Writing faculty for 20 years, showcases senior thesis students of the Program in Creative Writing with established writers as special guests.

The Lewis Center for the Arts’ Program in Creative Writing celebrates 80 years during the 2019-20 academic year with readings by 80 writers.

Aaron Robertson’s translation of Igiaba Scego’s Beyond Babylon (Two Lines Press, 2019) received a PEN/Heim Translation Fund Grant. His work has appeared in The New York Times, The Nation, n+1, Foreign Policy, and more.
