This informal workshop is aimed particularly at graduate students who are considering how to navigate the post Ph.D. landscape. Workshop panelists will offer practical advice about the academic job market as well as offering suggestions for pursuing opportunities beyond the academy. Topics might include issues such as cover letters, interviews and job talks, professional development and public scholarship opportunities at Princeton and beyond. The emphasis will be on practical advice and demystifying an often confusing and anxious process.
This event will be followed by a dinner.
