Reserve the Seminar Rooms

The Seminar Rooms in Stanhope Hall are generously dedicated by five Princeton University alumni who have shown great support for African American Studies. These donors are Jon Barfield ’74, Kimberly Johnson ’95 and Mark Johnson ’95, John Rogers ’80, and Mellody Hobson ’91. An official dedication ceremony took place on March 11th, 2014.

Much of the life in Stanhope Hall occurs in and around these rooms, including some AAS courses and precepts, the Senior Colloquium, the Faculty Graduate seminar, Graduate Affairs workshops, faculty brown bag seminars, faculty meetings, and social gatherings. The rooms are also used by other groups around campus for comfortable and capacious meeting purposes.
